First off let me thank you for stopping by my website and seeing what I'm all about. I'll keep it simple, my name is Alec Price and my journey started February 11th, 2015. I was the heaviest I've ever been at 273 lbs and recently just went through a break up. I was depressed, lacked confidence, and questioned my worth as a person daily. I honestly was just sick and tired of being sick and tired and decided to go all in and do something about my situation. 

I spent my first 6 months in the gym making "SOME" progress but wasn't getting anywhere close to what I wanted...which was for the first time in my life to feel truly confident at the pool/beach shirtless. I tried starving myself, eating nothing but salads daily, chicken and rice 6x a day, miserable amounts of cardio day in and day out. It was just burning me out and made me dread working out. I always felt unfulfilled each meal, unfulfilled each workout, and I went to bed every night questioning the fact if I was moving in the direction I wanted. At the end of the day I was doing things I thought worked but never truly KNEW it worked. Thomas Edison was asked in an interview, how does it feel to fail 10,000 times while creating the light bulb? He said "I have not failed 10,000 times. I have successfully found 10,000 ways that won't work." the light bulb was an invention with 10,000 steps. Well this journey has been about 10,000 steps for me it feels like, and when you fall on your face time and time again you finally find what works. 

I now have figured a way to eat huge satiating meals with zero dietary restrictions. I don't have to do a lick of cardio at all each week to cut body fat. I have also found a balance where I can maintain a fun lifestyle where I can go out with friends/family and not be this robot that can't eat anything other than Tupperware meals. Now for me the journey isn't about myself anymore, I've cracked the code on nutrition and I want to share it with as many people as possible because my life has been forever changed. HOW CAN I EAT SOUR PATCH KIDS, ICE CREAM, 
AND REESE'S CUPS AND STILL LOSE FAT?
I would never in a million years recommend you to eat these things for overall health, but in terms of fat loss your body doesn't care. I teach my clients how to eat on the go because we all live busy lives, we are forever short on time, and sometimes we can't cook all our meals. When losing weight you want to be able to create a lifestyle change out of it. So cookie cutter diet plans are never something I recommend, because 99% of the time they result in a person falling off the wagon resulting back to their old eating habits. It's all about lifestyle, how to still stay the course with your goals while out with friends, having your occasional drinks, or going to a restaurant with your family. No one likes the idea of having 6 tupperware boxes with you at all times, forever microwaving broccoli, chicken, and rice. Which is why I never tell me clients they "need" to meal prep. I prepare them for being able to reach their goals no matter where they eat because that's when a person truly has the knowledge to maintain their body for the remainder of their life. Sure I can write you a generic diet plan....
  •  Meal 1: 1 cup of oats, 12 oz of blueberries, 1 scoop of whey
  • Meal 2: Apple and a cliff builder protein bar
  •  Meal 3: 1 cup of rice, 6 oz of chicken
  •  Meal 4: 12 oz of blueberries, 2 oz of yogurt, 1 scoop of vanilla whey, 1 cup of oats (blended)
  •  Meal 5: 1 cup of rice, 6 oz of chicken
How long are you going to stay consistent with that? Until your friend asks you to go out for lunch, you forget a meal, you are running late for work and don't have time to pack, your work doesn't have a microwave? How many days are you realistically going to maintain that regimented of a eating plan? The majority won't ever stick to that, myself included. So that's when I cracked the code on how foods react within the human body. I learned how to use the same foods that were making me fat before, and use them to get in the best shape of my life. I found that eating a little bit of "junk" each day as a reward, kept me consistent and adhering to my plan. Adherence rules all when losing fat or gaining muscle, it's all about the little wins each and everyday. So the more you enjoy your day to day nutrition plan the higher probability you will see it through. The majority of the foods I eat are "good" for you. However I give myself one "bad" meal a day. Watch the video above to see exactly how I manage to do this. Now keep in mind, the calories I consume daily won't work for you. Everyone's body is different, therefore everyone requires a select number of macro nutrients to intake daily. If you are lost and need some assistance with that, I would be glad to help you out!
